We spent the weekend in Houston celebrating my little sister's birthday, which is today, and waiting for my new baby niece to be born. Grandma and Grandpa flew into town on Friday night, too. If, as the saying goes, a watched pot never boils, maybe it's also true that a scrutinized pregnant lady doesn't go into labor. So, no baby this weekend, but I expect that by this time tomorrow, Debby will be holding a fresh, sweet baby girl in her arms.
