Little Bighorn

Along the way on the second day of travel, we stopped for a couple of hours at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument.  This is the spot where, in 1876, Sitting Bull and George Custer duked it out in Old West fashion.  It's also know as Custer's Last Stand, so that's how that battle ended.
Right before we left, I was straightening up the car a bit while the kiddos played under a nearby tree.  Jon quickly ushered the kiddos to the car a few minutes later.  He calmly proclaimed, "There's a snake in the tree."  I proceeded to FREAK OUT and strapped car seats faster than I ever have, while Jon stopped to take a picture of the RATTLE SNAKE.  Heaven help.  I still haven't fully recovered.

American Girl Birthday Party

Nana took all big and small ladies and dolls to the American Girl Cafe for a pretty pink party last week.  Birthday girls Rylann, Marin, and Ellery loved it!

Wild About Uncky P

Poor Uncle Patrick.  He doesn't get a moment's rest when this child is around.

Delightful Dozen

I love it when our home is bursting at the seams with visitors.  When twelve people sleep under one roof, it's an instant party!  Here are a dozen pictures of the fun we had last week:

Busted

Liam and Grandpa tend to sneak off daily on little trips for ice cream, candy, and/or toys when his grandparents are in town.  Last week, these two were totally busted when we took a shopping trip to Central Market.  Ice cream and candy!

Safari-Bright Birthday Bash

On Saturday, we celebrate our wild, crazy, wonderful three-year-old's at an indoor play area called The Ark.  They had a blast and have continued to pretend to blow out candles and sing "Happy Birthday" all week long!
