Maverick's day at Sloan

Kindergarten had fun at the Frontiers of Flight.

No snow day this year, so one afternoon, the teachers created one for the kids.

The girls had a field trip to the Fort Worth Zoo, and Daddy was able to go, too!

Mama loved going to see The Three Little Pigs musical at Casa Manana with the girls.

Ellery showed the Pre-K parents how wells she has learned to read in kindergarten.

We sure appreciate the teachers at Sloan School!

Liam was the 2nd grade student of the month for April.

Marin helped the Merry Makers during the Easter performance.

We loved celebrating both girls as they Hopped to the Top twice this school year.  

On international day, Marin brought fried wantons for China, and Ellery brought mango sweet rice for the Caribbean.

Last Day

 Why, oh why is this little Marin crying?!?  She's so sad to be leaving kindergarten.  She loves school, Mrs. Hoang, and her friends so much.

Introducing the Class of 2028

Mrs. 6, a cheerleader, and the pig were Marin's parts in the graduation program.

Ellery was the MC (gave the welcome), Patty Period, and a patriot.

Both girls had a fabulous performance and didn't shy away from the mic.

Marin played a sweet little pig in Old MacDonald.

"My name is Patty Period, and I say BOOP!"

Ellery helps with numbers.

Mrs. 6 is trying to keep her family in order.

"F-U-N!  F-U-N!  Fun is what we have in Kindergarten!"

And then they walked across the stage, accepted their diploma, and graduated from the kinder kingdom.

Ms. Andrea, their sweet Daisy troop leader even came.

We are so proud of our little ladies.

Mrs. Hoang is the absolute BEST kindergarten teacher around.  We are so blessed that all three of our kiddos were able to experience their first taste of education in her room.
