The lengthy conclusion of our Great America Bushwar Road Trip 2013 all takes place in my favorite state, Minnesota, with my super-duper Martin family. Debby, Jeff, and Avonlea had already arrived a few days earlier and were staying with my brother, Patrick, in his new house. After a sad bout of illness the first couple of days we were at my parent's house, we bounced back (more or less), and we all headed to Lake Superior to spend the 4th of July in Duluth. Our first stop, of course, was Canal Park.
Late at night, Jon and Grandpa snatched Liam out of bed to walk down to the lake to observe some ship activity.
Note: Liam is wearing his pj's and looks rather zombie-like. It was past eleven.
