One blog post, or even a hundred, can't do justice to the majesty and wonder that is Yellowstone. Since we had three days, we were able to loop around the park and stop at almost all of the major points. Here are some pictures covering the first part of the Yellowstone portion of the Great American Bushwar Road Trip 2013. Love this place!
Each evening, after a full day out and about, we would take the kids back to the cabin for an hour or so to eat dinner and let them play or visit the ranger station for a program. Then we would brush teeth, change into pajamas, hop in the car, and take a couple of the scenic drives at dusk. The kids fell asleep in the car, and we could easily slip them into bed for the night. Liam said that it was our nightly bear hunt.
Ha! Anyway, it worked out well, and we were really able to maximize our time in Yellowstone.
