Braiding Envy

I'm not into making New Year's resolutions, but if I was, I think learning how to create a perfect French braid would be on the top of the list.  Sometimes when I pick the girls up from school, their amazing teacher, Ms. Erin has transformed their locks into little works of art.  Can anyone out there please help me learn how to do this?  My girls thank you in advance.
