Getting to Spokane

We probably had one of the prettiest drives ever from Missoula to Spokane through mountain passes that followed a river and was sprinkled with lakes.  Gorgeous, even in the rain.

After checking into the hotel, we headed over to Jon's Aunt Cindi and Uncle Raland's for a cookout and to meet up with the rest of the family.  The kids loved playing in their whimsical backyard...The girls especially loved the playhouse, while the boys played baseball.
