Thursday Night at the State Fair

We paid our annual homage to fried food on Thursday night at the State Fair of Texas.  Corny dogs are always our first stop before venturing to more adventurous selections.  This year we picked hits--fried butter and fried pizza.  Although both were delicious Jon and I both agreed that the fried butter was our winner.   When we weren't eating, the kids also had fun going on rides, chatting with Big Tex, watching a puppet show, and the parade.
